I just lowered my Cash Advance Line from my Chase United MileagePlus Visa to $0 and I can't make a CC load in Serve. Is that normal? Does anyone has similar experiencing this after zeroing out their CA? Does that also means that Chase Visa loads in Serve are considered CA?
