EdC, if you're into a "bit of action" I can highly recommend the zip wires in the rainforest. 9 zip lines and more rope crossing than you can shake a stick at. Good fun and they sell beer for Dutch courage before you go on the zips. Betty's Hope is a sugar plant museum, which is interesting and places like Devil's Bridge is very scenic.
