To add to the quality of CS BA has, we had a incident where my wife was injured in CW cabin because the stupid light fell on her. Add to it, the light narrowly missed our 1 year old daughter.
BA attitude was terrible, CSD offered us 50 GBP (not cash, a voucher to be used only on duty free in a future BA flight). CS told us, the CSD were incredibly nice to us and they should have actually just referred us to insurance.
