Anyone ever convince them to honor the 5% when receiving a platinum card?
I'm under the assumption that I probably do not 'qualify' for the 5%, as they gave me a platinum card and following the steps in the Wiki, I do not have a Promotional Offer. Received and activated the card yesterday, and made a purchase first thing at a grocery store, however it is still a temp auth and I can't see it in the My Rewards tab yet.
