but if there's a way to enter the US without a passport just by calling a consulate with an American accent and a good story, I'm sure it's a fascinating story. Unless it has to do with INSPASS, which is ironic because you give up so much personal data to the gov't to get an INSPASS than privacy advocates would go nuts if it was globally required.
