I booked through Expedia, and it said there's a $100 penalty to cancel my flight I believe Expedia doesn't charge additional fees so all the carrier rules should apply.

What was not clear to me was, do I have to cancel a certain time before the flight, or if I just straight missed it, without cancelling, am I still eligible for a refund?
