Slightly different question and apologies if not correct place to ask:

Have single segment LHR-IAH on BA using AAward. Have BA booking reference and added trip to our Executive Club accounts.

Personal Details is highlighted in red and states that additional passenger details needed. I've gone in to view/edit details however all of our Advanced Passenger Info is correct and and there is no additional information required. I've contacted customer service and they confirm they have all pertinent info.

This warning however persists and is somewhat disconcerting.....the only thing I can think of is it is somehow looking for ESTA info which for us is not required since we are US citizens traveling with US passports....shouldn't the system be able to ferret this out? Do we need to be concerned?
