I understand folks' frustration with the process.

The creation of new forums is guided by the TB guidelines just as forum moderation is guided by the moderators best practices document.

Clearly at least a tweek to those guidelines is called for so votes do not finish before a site-wide announcement that change is under consideration is posted.

When the new TB is installed I will personally make that a priority.

And, speaking only for myself, I apologize to all who didn't get to be or feel heard. Frankly I'd still have voted to create the new forum, but you desreve to have your say.

At this point, however, the forum exists. So I am hoping we can all pull together and make it all it can be.
