Air Canada is not getting *anything* from credit card miles. They get some $ amount for seats redeemed, plus the YQ loot.

Aeroplan is getting a pittance for credit card miles. Used to be less than 0.6 cents/mile from CIBC, now marginally more from TD.

Are you unaware that these have been two separate businesses for quite a while?
