In my experience and of those who received my help applying, the best way to get the card approved is to call after getting the pending decision. Unless you have no case at all for a business card, then you just ride it out and cross your fingers. If you want to take it into your own hands and improve your odds, call.

Not saying you certainly won't get it by just waiting, but more often than not it is just awaiting the denial letter from what I've seen with Chase business cards if not instantly approved. I know there are exceptions though, and those people pipe up far more often than those who just give up and get denied after waiting.
