It's deliberately written to confuse, so read it carefully. IME they will display the offer in (your case) USD which you should refuse. Then it'll ask you to confirm your refusal. It's been a couple of months since I was there, but from memory it's a "No" then a "Yes". I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm getting mixed up.
