Thanks and I cancelled and created a new FIA payee, and so on.

Another data point though - a while ago I got a WF Proper Amex card, and without even realizing it, I just added Amex as payee and paid it, instead of of Wells Fargo. The payment did go through.

But like you said, better be 100% sure about it. Thanks again!
