I am trying to book my very first BA rewards flight. I have over 200K points. I go to book a one way, London to Toronto. It says it is 20K points + $397 CAD. I think click on the little "i" icon and it says the total fees and taxes are $203 CAD. Where are the other $194 coming from?!
