If you're trying to book an AGR award reservation, have you tried to call AGR and ask for the routing? This is not like asking for a new train-to-train connection. The OKJ/EMY buses to San Francisco are obvious connecting services for all trains. The AGR call center people are typically pretty good. I would hope that they would see this as a web site issue and that the routing to San Francisco from any train arriving in the East Bay is valid.
