You should get EQM miles --- it's just a question of whether you're getting the Y bonus (which I don't think you will --- if you do it will be a pleasant surprise.)

Was your AS MP number on the AS boarding pass for the IROPS flight? Or just in the reservation?
MP # was on both the AA boarding pass ( flight I didn't take) and on the AS boarding pass ( flight I did take)

Perhaps I'm being too anxious because requalification depends on this trip.
