Not according to my experience. I got a lot of very good deals (like CPH-PVG Go to Business for 236€, CPH-BKK Go to Plus for 175€ or CPH-SFO Plus to Business for 180€).
It really depends on the load factor, how many OT bids have been placed and some magic.
Also I can't complain about the CS. I needed them 3 or 4 times and in all cases the issue was resolved in less than 3 days. Wish I could say same for EuroBonus CS
