I agree -- up to a point. I start off my interactions by being pretty nice, too, and have gotten my share of upgrades and things like that. But this woman claims to be able to jump ahead of everybody else on the upgrade list (which is largely automated, as we know) and to get into airport lounges that are guarded by strict matrons (as we also know). Some of it -- not all -- is simply unbelievable.
