I'm attempting to apply the remaining value of the ticket to a new domestic itinerary from PDX to Hawaii. How did you get a credit from a partially used itinerary? What were the circumstances regarding the unused portion? At first glance, if it was a non-refundable ticket and you used part of it, there is no "credit" remaining. We're there some special circumstance? Most credits can only be used on United Airlines.
