EWR's challenges are more fundamental than its dining options. The Airport Authority needs to invest $$$ to provide better inter-terminal cnx. (e.g. C to A) and improved access to secure areas (e.g. Global Entry lanes?) Also, EWR has to work on its MCT and - indeed - its 24h operations, which are terrible.
