Description
Global Franchise Management is responsible for managing Citi’s credit card business globally, including managing our product strategy around the globe and optimizing the performance of our business across markets. The team works extensively with local and regional leadership around the world (including the US Cards business) to define and drive our business strategy, drive consistency in how we operate, and drive growth in franchise.
Direct responsibility involves managing Citi Prestige experience globally, understanding existing servicing gaps, defining global standardization for Prestige experience across critical moments: Customer service, concierge, approval process, point of sale, disputes, and in-branch and driving towards standardization execution across multiple markets / regions. Work with key stakeholders to build a set of Global capabilities to enable us to deliver best in class experience. Role will be responsible for metrics like new market launches, customer engagement, NPS, SLAs, and profitability on global basis.
This role will support the product in the following capacity:
- Identify key customer experience pillars for affluent segment
- Set global standards and socialize strategy with key stakeholders
- Pinpoint target areas for short and long term execution
- Drive execution across markets
- Manage a global concierge supplier, responsibilities include: contract management, new office set up, compliance process, digital experience, issue resolution, training and monitoring
Role requires strong analytical background with 6-8 years of product management experience; servicing and digital experience a definite plus. Role does not directly manage staff, but will be required to direct and coordinate the activities of large cross functional teams across local product teams, IT, Risk, Fraud, compliance, GCMIO, and external partners.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of product management experience
- Detailed knowledge of credit card economics and profit drivers
- Understanding of product design and experience
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Experience managing a direct marketing budget and execution of marketing campaigns
- Experience managing complex vendor relationships
- Proven track record of delivering results
- Bachelors and/or Master’s in a related field, preferred
- Servicing experience preferred
