I walked through the C-1 food court a few days ago. A few new restaurants appeared but it didn't look anything like those pictures. To be honest, at first glance it seemed to me that the replacement restaurants are focused more on quick, unhealthy fast food.
Transitions are two phases... a temporary program which allows for the operator to take over the space with minimal disruption, followed by permanent construction which typically takes months to do, where structural and large scale alterations happen.
