Unless they expand that walkway past current security, I don't see how they are going to pull off that seating area by the large windows. There simply isn't enough room as of right now. People are always crashing into each other with connecting from concourse(s) into people exiting security.
Agreed. That looks more conceptual than realistic. They'd need to blow that window-wall out about 10-15 more feet, at minimum, to get enough space to accommodate seating areas.
