After ending a survey on a final screen that said "Thank you for taking this survey." I was redirected to a screen that says:
"An error has occurred and unfortunately, we were unable to record all of the information. Your participation has been noted, and will be recorded accordingly"

The survey is still in the list of surveys that I can take, but if I click on it, it just brings me to another error page.

Probably zero chance of getting it credited, right?
