it's official, i think i have been blacklisted from paying over the phone with citi escalation, lol (i have a direct number if anyone need it to make their debit card payment over the phone), now every time i HUCA the new rep let me know that there's a note on my account saying i "have been advised that i can no longer make debit card payments over the telephone for current account." I have been paying with an awesome prepaid card the let me do 3k at a time so i think that might be why the note was placed on my account, anyway i'll stick with ach payments for now.
Almost 2 years ago, when they were still taking $500 Vanilla Visa from OD (and before pin on g/c) we paid twice a day with them on my wife's Citi account for about a month. They have closed all her Citi accounts without explaining the reason and shortly after they stopped taking Vanilla visa for payments at all.
