Thanks, I did not know that. Coming in at 5:00 am and the NQ Flight being at 10:00 am, I sort of assumed that the W-1 Transfer Desk operated on similiar hours. What I did read was posted on the HKG Website which gave the location for ANA as W-1 (so never thought of the E Transfer Desk would work other hours or accomadate). The HKG Website further said that the Main Check in Counters open at 2:30 before each flight. To tell you the truth, my other two times at HKG (Departure on CX) (Transfer NH to AC) were not that simple to navagate and I consider myself experinced. Lots of differerent levels (Customer Service either very nice or brash) Gave the the thought I should be through on this one. Just thought I would be sitting in front of W-1 and not in the SQ or UA Lounge.. Thanks for your interest and Safe Travels
