Where does this happen? On the plane or elsewhere? I just logged into our accounts (both passwords 8 characters and 1 letter) no pop up.
Wife is taking her first A-List Preferred flight tomorrow evening. Her BP has A-List since the upgrade happened after T-36. Called A-List phone line and the agent didn't know the difference between A-List and A-List Preferred.
Not sure if she will get free wifi or not. Pretty sure I can get the extra bonus points later.
