All I can say is that my sister was a non-rev today and when I was checking her reservation I only got that red message, even after she'd checked in and had a seat assigned! Something's not looking right... Without seeing the list is like taking away EF.

And what does a Gate Agent have to do with it anyway?! Surely not all standbys are going to be expected to present themselves at the counter to get on the list?
