I believe as EXP, you should have 3 checked bags of 70lbs, and if you are in business/first for any of your segments, this increases to 4 bags of 70lbs.

As to leniency, it depends on your check-in agent. If had agents who are fine if it's a pound over and others who were sticklers if it was .1 over.

I'd have some else confirm on the 3-4 bags at 70lbs, though, in case I'm making that up.
