Same thing happened to me this morning on the A-list Preferred login page. Good to know I'm not the only one. Feared I might have locked my account since I tried so many times but I was able to get into the main site just fine. I also tried to use my RR # along with my user name and neither worked.
Message was: Oops! The Username/Account Number and/or Password are incorrect.
I'm not changing my password since they created the problem and it works fine everywhere else.
