and this is the issue I have with UA - when you spend this much money why should we expect and receive such "average" service? Why should we be so thankful that we "just got there". UA's lack of performance has created such a "beaten spouse" mentality it's crazy... It doesnt have to be like this - but it seems that most don't realize this....
