Should Able Bodied People Use Them?

In fact, this has just created another dilemna. In the USA, there are laws that can result in a hefty fine for abusing facilities reserved for disabled people but none, AFAIAW, in the UK.

Etiquette, and the thought of tying the place up when a disabled person may need it urgently, would prevent me from using a Disabled Person's toilet unless in exceptional circumstances

At the airport, I notice many people nip into the facilities reserved for disabled people and I know not all disabilities are obvious (a stoma for example), but it is quite clear that for many it is simply a matter of "can't being bothered to find the normal one".

What do you think? Acceptable or Bad Form?
