Do all former BAA airports have this facility?

This page made me think, why not have an intercom system in the toilets that's automatically activated when the alarm is so that as long as the passenger is still able to speak they can find out what the issue is. If the passenger is unable to speak it'd still get investigated as normal.

Presumably someone dying in a disable toilet must be relatively rare or they'd have these measures by now, but it would be something good to incorporate when building new facilities or refurbishing existing ones.
