We often have 5A/B or J/K with my other half having the aisle seat, She has never complained about being 'bumped' by the carts during service. I am 6ft with more girth than is ideal and the aisle access from a/k is ok.
IIRC the bassinet seats open at T-72 if not taken by an infant
