Ok, i'm not tall but have unfortunately more girth than is ideal. When I have flown Etihad it can be a slight squeeze between the pods but hopefully should be able to fit by the sounds of it.

Thanks for the info around 4E and 11E, all the seats which are unavailable are white? There are no red ones which say seat taken, didn't spot that earlier. Does this mean BA have blanked them off for passengers traveling with infants?

How narrow are the aisles, I thought I read somewhere that they are very narrow with people being bumped during service and passengers going to the toilets etc? That's why I initially ruled out any aisle seats.
