Hi,

I couldn't find this in the archives, but does anybody know how long it general takes for the Regional Upgrade certificates to become available after you've chosen them as your "choice benefit". It's 9AM in the morning, and I had hope to use it for a flight at 4PM. The Delta line says to allow 24-48 hours, but I wondered if anybody had experience with process being faster.
