Some things come to mind immediately. If you're PLT 100, this would be a good challenge for your Ambassador. You might also consider contacting Theytus Lee, one of the Social Media Specialists at Starwood. (We call them Lurkers.) He's based in the APAC region and I bet would have some good information. Thank you for the response. I am PLT100, but only until the end of this year unfortunately...
. On your advice, I've sent an email to my ambassador. That's a separate question actually - if I book now before 31 December will I still get the PLT benefits if my stay is in Jan/Feb?
Regarding budget, I'm reasonably flexible. Nothing crazy but up to max, say $350/night (although around $200-$250 would be better).
Currently the best option I've found is the Andaman in Langkawi although that is right at the upper end of the budget.
