Yup, I think this is right on the button ...... I believe the term that is quoted is "Space-available upgrade", and only the hotel can tell you what space they have available for free upgrades.

As a Diamond, I have certainly been upgraded more often than not, and the same for my wife (HH Gold), but I don't ever expect, nor demand, it, and I certainly don't throw all of my toys out of the pram when I don't get one !

Just another 1st World Problem, I guess.
