I've just noticed something rather odd relating to my upcoming
TP run / holiday.
In Manage My Booking I have a booking ref (let's call it 55Cxxx) which correctly lists all of the sectors I'm flying, the marketing carrier and cabin:
DUB-LCY BA Club Europe
LCY-JFK AA Business
JFK-PHX US First
PHX-LAS US First
LAS-PHX US First
PHX-JFK US First
JFK-LCY BA Club World
LCY-DUB BA Club Europe
It says that my API is correctly complete, it has my mobile number and in addition I have gone into each sector and chosen my seats and all is good...
However, I suddenly realised that I have a
2nd booking ref (let's call it 55Gxxx) which only lists the following sectors for the same trip:
LCY-JFK AA Business
JFK-PHX US First
PHX-LAS US First
It says that my API is incomplete and that there is no contact number for me... Additionally, none of the 3 sectors is showing a seat selected.
Should I be worried enough to do something ? I'm reluctant to cancel the 55Gxxx booking in case the whole trip collapses like a Jenga pile
