Most likely out of date materials - I fly from NCL 3 times a week and most signage at gate / boarding area has never been updated to include Bronze for fast track / priority - which annoyed me when I was Bronze but now I'm Silver heading for Gold I'm delighted the Brown tier isn't advertised
