I submitted boarding passes and receipts via email as per their instructions posted online and they still didn't respond until i called. It was wee bit frustrating...but all is well now.

I submitted the boarding pass via email...I didn't send a receipt, but haven't in the past for partner mileage credit. I can probably dig it up though.
