The other issue is that it exceeds the permitted size allowance for cabin baggage

The length of a badminton racquet is about 67cm whilst the maximum length of a carry on item is 56cm

I would also think that the racquet is likely to be less likely to be damaged if carefully packed in a card sided case rather than attempting to carry on

With that number of airports , I would definitely plan on checking it in; the worst situation you could have is to attempt to take it through and then have to check it in at the gate where it will then have ne protection at all
