SEA-TPA-SEA yields 5032 miles on AS. I was planning to do this on December 8th but don't need those miles anymore...I just became 75K so can drop that trip.

When i purchased it a few weeks ago I paid $279 RT...right now the price for the same flight is $277 RT.

BTW...I submitted some miles via the mileage plan email twice as you did and finally had to call to get them posted.
