The regulars at the Hawaiian properties also tend to be treated better than the first time visitor....
I absolutely agree with you.
I am just mocking the concept that someone less worthy than us (i.e. "Challenge Diamonds") is poaching our upgrades.
It's Hyatt's decision to decide what is good for their company.
Our kvetching here over decreased upgrade opportunities due to the proliferation of challenge elites is just silly.
