But that's not a new thing.... we can moan about availability and not being upgraded to the best room all we want, but the reality is that it does make a lot of sense when a property treats the really valuable customers (and airlines are among those) even better as someone with a few nights at their property.
The regulars at the Hawaiian properties also tend to be treated better than the first time visitor....
