I'm waiting for a BA flight from LHR to SEA credit but it might not; it was booked as a AA flight outside of the allowable flight#'s, but I submitted the partner credit as the BA flight not the AA flight....

Anywho - I'm looking at being 4800 miles short of 75k Gold on partner miles (ie 90k). I'm in Seattle and am weighing my options: SEA-BOS-SEA, SEA-DET-SEA plus a shortie to PDX or other Horizon destination, etc. I'd be willing to do DL or AA if the price was right. The SEA-BOS-SEA is starting to price out - few days to do the run and it not be expensive. Detroit has more open days..I'm also likely to use an MVPG guest code so I'm guaranteed F since I have a few to burn before the end of the year.

Any thoughts on the best bang for your buck routes this close to end of year?

Edited - booked a SEA-BOS-SEA trip as the safety net for 12/12 for just under $400 - considering 75k Gold awards 50k miles, that's not a terrible deal.....
