Didn't THAI change to a new reservation system sometime in the last year or so?
Is the reservation system change is not merely old wine in new wineskin. I never manage to find any good deals on the new site as I never found in the old site.

The only thing they seriously revamped is the ROP and we know how disasterously that went.

Having said that, IT is certainly one area THAI has to improve.

But what about other front end topics such as operational efficiency, competitive pricing and improvement in hard product. I think those are even more important considering Thai is on the brink of bankruptcy, if what is stated online is true.
