Let me ask this. Assume you were at a restaurant. A customer is shot and killed, and nobody saw the gun or the shooter. So, everyone in the restaurant is a suspect and therefore should all be fingerprinted, right?

Or, what if there was a note in the bathroom saying somebody was going to get shot, or a bomb was in there, same thing?
