Is the "lounge" the all day dining restaurant? At a hotel marketing itself as a "luxury" property, coffee should be available 24 hours a day. Even if restaurant were closed, room service can bring it to you anywhere in the hotel.

I am enjoying breakfast at the Tavern right now. The fruits, selection, and made to order items are a triumph. And I can confirm that the coffee is delicious.
I am really growing to like this hotel a lot!
