1. Very unlikely
2. Both OK and CX arrive and depart from T2 so 4+ hours will be more than enough to do what you want.
If you looked at the CX website, you'd find the lounge information. Suggest you look in the CX forum here if you want lounge reviews.
3. Even if there is a small delay, you have plenty of time.
