Didn't THAI change to a new reservation system sometime in the last year or so?
That was exactly the topic that I was wondering, too.
They have just switched their whole reservations and departure check-in system to Amadeus Altea, and things have become more difficult for us (Award upgrades, Waitlists etc.)...even TG staff is complaining a lot about all handling after the shift to the new systems...
It reads as if they still need someone to blame for it afterwards.....
